- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 intends to award a sole source contract to COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, INC., 58 E 68th St, New York, NY 10021, for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Blanket copyright permission to reprint materials in Foreign Affairs for 1 year. The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed priced contract directly to COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, INC for a 12 month base year. If there are any other businesses that can provide the items requested above, they must respond in writing with evidence that they can provide the exact quantities and titles listed above as soon as possible, but not later than 1300, central daylight savings time 19 Jun 2009.
