- The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NAVCOMTELSTA) Jacksonville requires Avaya switch and voicemail maintenance for the Base Communications Office (BCO) at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South Millington, TN for the period of performance of 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 with four option years. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation on a small business set-aside. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The Government intends to use the policies contained in FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, in its resultant contract for the services described herein. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517110 and the standard is 1,500. The solicitation will soon follow and be posted to NECO. This requirement will be procured pursuant to FAR Part 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
