- ***Time ammended to clear up discrepancy between FBO and SF1449. The close time for this solicitation is 5:00 PM Hawaii time.*** This is a proposed acquisition for the service of tree planting and relocation for Bellows AFS; all responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov is 4 June 2009. All interested parties must access Fedbizopps to download the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. The government anticipates a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
