- Recovery The work of this contract is located at the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park Brunswick Boat Ramp located in Brunswick, Maryland. The work of this contract includes, but not limited to extending the existing parking area, providing new timber guardrails, and new bicycle gates at the existing tow path. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $33.5 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. (Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.10) Accordingly, it is open to all small and large responsible offerors. However, a HUBZone small business price evaluation factor will apply. The solicitation with specifications, drawings, and wage rates will be posted to the websites <http://www.fedbizopps.gov> and <http://ideasec.nbc.gov> on or about 7/01/2009. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from <http://ideasec.nbc.gov>. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested offerors must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. All responses will be delivered by express mail or hand carried by 4:30 PM EST, 08/04/2009.
