- RECOVERY--B-This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541690 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to gather plot and transect level vegetation data, complete GIS data collection and analysis, and provide a final summary report of analysis to the Raystown Lake Project Facility, Hesston, PA in strict accordance with the stated scope of work included in the request for quotations bid package. The period of performance shall be 13 July 2009 through 31 December 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria.Frost@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted VIA MAIL (only) to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about June 12, 2009, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here.
