Draft Section M Draft Section L Draft unclassifed SOW for Athens Draft unclassifed SOW for Amman Draft Unclassifed SOW for Bangkok The Virginia Contracting Activity will be releasing a solicitation for a requirement to perform office renovations in accordance with DCID 6/9 standards in the following locations: US Embassies in Bangkok, Thailand, Amman, Jordan and Athens, Greece. OCONUS travel will be required and will be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations. The Government intends to award three separate contracts, one for each location. The period of performance for each effort is less than one year. It is anticipated that the final solicitation will be available for release on or about 26 June 2009. Draft documentation is attached for comment and vendors are encouraged to provide feedback via e-mail. Please submit all questions, comments and requests for information via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, susan.mumford@dia.mil and Contracting Officer, michelle.crecca@dia.mil on or before noon on 23 June 2009. Offerors are advised that they must provide their CAGE CODE to the Government for authorization to receive a copy of classified documentation. Interested offerors must have an existing, valid SECRET facility clearance and personnel must possess a secret clearance upon start of the contract. Foreign nationals will not be authorized to work either directly or indirectly on this effort in any capacity, inclusive of supervisory-management roles; nor have access to any classified documentation under this effort. Interested offerors shall certify that they have the required Facility Clearance and capacity to store documents up to the SECRET level. Vendors shall provide their CAGE Code via e-mail to Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by noon on 23 June 2009 for verification of security credentials. Offerors authorized to receive a copy of the full solicitation may obtain the documentation through direct hand carry or provide a classified e-mail address for receipt of documents at the SECRET level. For hand carry, an appropriately cleared vendor employee may pick up the documentation in person at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22033 through coordination with either Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer. Offerors are encouraged to periodically check this website for updated information pertaining to this effort.
