- Description
- RECOVERY--Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and material necessary to install approximately 100 feet of inch, schedule 40, PVC water line from the existing well house to the proposed CXT restroom site, making a connection at the well house and providing a stub out for future connection to the restroom. The water line shall be installed a minimum of 2 feet deep and shall be bedded in clean sand (4-6 inches above and below) to prevent damage. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and material necessary to install approximately 80 feet of standard 4 inch, schedule 40, PVC sewer line from the existing septic tank to the proposed CXT restroom site, making a connection at the septic tank and providing a stub out for future connection to the restroom. Contractor shall coordinate with the restroom provider (CXT) and shall furnish all labor, equipment and material needed to prepare the site for the restroom installation. Site preparation shall include the level excavation of an approximately 20 x 20 area to a depth of 6inches, compaction the subgrade within the excavated area and installation a 6 inches thickness of compacted aggregate base course over the compacted subgrade. In addition, stub outs for the newly installed water and sewer lines shall be located in accordance the restroom requirements. Location of this work is at the Two Rivers Dam Maintenance Yard, Roswell, New Mexico. Contract duration is 30 calendar days. NAICS Code 238910 with a size standard of $14.0 Million. Approximate issue date for the solicitation is 12 June 2009 and approximate closing date is 19 June 2009 at 2:00PM MDT.
