Description: AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 8 office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide all Labor, Equipment, and Supplies/Materials necessary for the installation of four (4 ) water control structures, associated corrugated metal pipe, and gravel fill to designated sites. All work to be performed shall be at the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge in Tulelake, California-Siskiyou County. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a "best value" source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria that must be met shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation no. 80181RR265 to include all attachments will be made available by June 25, 2009 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps.
