- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-32. The NAICS code is 541519 with a small business size standard $25,000,000.00. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside. Request for Quotation Number is SP470209Q0028. The DLA Contracting Services Office - Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1125 intends to procure acquisition for Maximo Software Maintenance Serial Number LEN806984. Covers Maximo Enterprise Work Manager, Maximo Enterprise Developer Kit and Maximo Analyzer Base Kit- Telephone Support. Software Maintenance includes Free Upgrades, Patches of Maximo Software. Technical Support includes Technical Assistance loading software, using the software and troubleshooting. Technical support will be provided 24X7 via the telephone Monday thru Friday. QTY 20, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 OCT 2009 TO 30 SEPT 2010. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
