Description
This solicitation is for 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation has been extended through June 12, 2009 and will close at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Please thoroughly review solicitation before e-mailing for any question. Question in regards to the solicitation mentioned above. 1.On your solicitation you estimate a total average of about 54,000 pgs for the year on Grand Jury hearing, my questions is if that estimate is only of one specific court location or is that for all district hearing which are about 780 per year in which that number is also included in the solicitation? All district hearings. 2.Estimated were only 64,000 pgs for deposition when you have over 1,500 depositions scheduled on average is that correct as well? Yes The reason why questions were asked is because they seem to be low for the amount of hearing and depositions given for the estimated pages given as well. 3.For these hearing It was read that there will be some type of security background check on which every employee are to attend the hearings and depositions, what would be the security clearance requirement for such hearing and depositions if any? Also will the fingerprint cards need to be sent in with the proposal for the bid or will that happen after when and if we are awarded the bid? PLEASE READ THE SOLICITATION SECTION H. 4. Last question is, are the solicitation provisions included in the notice required to be included in the proposal our company will submit, specifically section E.3 52.212-3? No
