- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for Bambi Buckets (Brand Name). This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business The solicitation will be available on or about the 10 June 2009 with a closing date for quotes due by 16 June 2009 by 12:00 noon MST. The solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registration in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
