Description

Replace Windows and Storm Doors, Bldg 5282 - Eielson AFS, AK THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only, for the replacement of windows and storm doors at Eielson AFB, Alaska. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. The work consists of the Contractor providing all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary to accomplish the following: Remove and replace 84 windows with new vinyl laminated and/or shatterproof widows, color and style of existing windows, to fit existing openings. Install 80-90% solar screen on all installed windows. Remove and replace 12 storm doors with aluminum storm doors, color and type of existing windows, to fit existing openings. Installation is inclusive of door frame and screen. Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and procedures. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The intent of this Sources Sought is to research qualified firms with a primary NAICS code of 238350 with size standard of $14 million, for a potential acquisition.
