Description

Sole Source Jsutificaiton The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service, Battle Creek, Michigan has a requirement for 12 months of software maintenance service for the On-line Cataloging Information Management System (OLCIMS) Federal Item Identification Guide. This request for quotation (RFQ) is issued unrestricted. The inspection, acceptance and F.O.B point is at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Govenrment inspection and acceptance at destination will be performed by DLIS-L personnel. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.303, the required sole source justification document is included with the FEDBIZOPS announcement. This is a notice of intent to place a sole source award with Logtek, USA, Inc., 49 S. Cass Street, Suite 1C, Battle Creek, MI 49017-2331 (CAGE: 1YCV4) (DUNS # 04-009-1469) for the OLCIMS FIIG software maintenance service. Prospective offerors who wish submit a quotation for the OLCIMNS FIIG software maintenance service are required to submit their quotation no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday June 15, 2009. Submit your quotation via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla,.mil or via facsimile to (269) 961-4474, ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Quotations received after the above date and time will not be considered for award. There is no technical data package available for review. No telephone calls accepted at any time.
