- Business Management Questionnaire 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (FEB 2009) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary Lewisburg, located at 2400 Robert Miller Jr. Drive, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, 17837 intends to make an award concerning the following items stated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-20704-0009-9 is issued as a Request for Quote. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332312; the small business size standard is 500 employees. CONTRACT PRICING - The Government intends to make a single award to a quoter, pursuant to affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be in the best interest of the Government considering price only. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion; therefore, the initial quote should contain the quoters best terms from a price standpoint. The Government intends to make an award of a firm-fixed price contract on a all-or-none basis. The proposed price must include all associated charges, fees and delivery cost (FBO Destination). DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: The selected vendor shall furnish the following hot rolled steel items with mill finish. CLIN 001 - 12 ga HR, 48" X 96" (Quantity 1,737 Sheets) CLIN 002 - Perforated, 11 ga, 1/4" dia holes on 3/8" staggered centers, 48" x 120" (Quantity 31 Sheets) CLIN 003 - Angle, 1 ½" x 1 ½" " x 1/8" thk x 20 ft lengths, HR Steel (1,100 pieces) DELIVERY: In accordance with FAR 46.503 and 46.403(a)(1), the place of acceptance for supplies under this contract is at the destination of the United States Penitentiary, located at 2400 Robert Miller Jr. Drive, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, 17837. ****All materials must be received at USP Lewisburg within 21 days after receipt of award.
