Description

RFP GS05P09SEC0037 Amendment 0002 RFQ GS-05P-09-SE-C-0037 Amendment 0002, Ground Floor Fire Sprinkler Installation, Gerald W. Heaney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse and Customhouse, 515 West 1st Street, Duluth, MN 55802-1302 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the attached documents: Addendum No. 1, Drawing PF102, Drawing C101, and Drawing C102. The fire service entrance into the facility will be relocated. The service entrance shall be re-routed to go from the street to room B37. The piping shall be routed straight south out of B37 to the street, avoiding the existing concrete drive serving the receiving area. Proposals will be due June 15, 2009 before 4 PM Central Standard Time. The offeror acknowledges receipt of amendments to the solicitation in Block 19. Acknowledgment of Amendments on GSA Standard Form 1442. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
