- Description
- The National Park Service has a requirement for all the work necessary for the construction of a single asphalt surface treatment on existing Highway 87 within the boundary of Wind ave National Park. The contractor shall supply AE 150 Asphalt Emulsioin, hauling aggregate, supply distributor with operator, and striping the center and fog lines within the project. The prk retains the option to supply the Parks Distributor with operator to work in conjunction with or to eliminate in total the contrators bid option for distributor/Operator. The work of this project is located at Wind Cave National Park, Hot Springs, South Dakota. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code is 237110, P&S Z299. This project is is Set Aside for HUB Zone Businesses ONLY!!!...PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation will be available ONLY!! At the DOI Website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) O/A June 18, 2009 and unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due in this office on July 21, 2009 at 2:00 PM MT. This procurement will be conducted using the the source selection procedures and the award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (LTPA) best value acquistion which will be cited in the solicitation. Evaluaiton Criteria: The source selection process will consist of Proposed Work Information, Qualifications and Experience of the offeror's proposed project Superintendent and Subcontractors, Experience and Past Performance, Proposed Performance Schedule in Bar chart Format, Narrative Description of Work Plan/Methodology. Contractor will be required to submit information with your proposal that demonstrtes the information shown above in order to make a determination of qualifications. Be prepared with your company DUNS Number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN).
