- NSN 5960-01-387-8467, PR #0022051951, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a total quantity of 33. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). First Article Testing is not required. Approved sources are: Raytheon (82577) P/N 931100-2 and CPI (88236) P/N VMX1036A. Estimated delivery is 14 per month beginning 183 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin, FOB to Robins AFB, GA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of June 18, 2009. A 100% quantity option is included in the solicitation. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
