- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under FAR 13.3, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, on a sole source basis to XTec, Inc. to provide Technical, Analytical and Systems Engineering services to the Security Equipment Integration Working Group for the development of the SEIWG Joint Gatekeeper Interface Control Document. See attached document for additional details. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, all proposals received with 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a compet! itive procurement.
