- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, is issuing a Sources Sought for the lease of three 2008 or newer Front Load Refuse Trucks for 3 years to be delivered to Fort Drum, NY. The NAICS Code is 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated to be awarded. The following specifications are required, and must be equal or better. 2008 or newer Mack Mru 613, 40 cubic yard total capacity, full eject, 7ga body sides, streetside body access ladder, cab shield with 10 inch extension, hopper floodlight, front body screen extension, dual amber flashing lights, midtailgate, remote lube lines on packing panel, auto cycle retract, single safety vision sv5065 camera system, bolt on arms, 8,000 lb lift/10,000 lb construction, rental to include road tech 24 hour service to include any warranty items. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Since this is a sources sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists and vendors should not request a copy of a solicitation. Fort Drum is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. Interested vendors must be CCR and ORCA registered, and provide capabilities for this service. Fort Drum must receive responses by 10:00 am, June 8, 2009.
