- Follow-up FSC 3910 - Conveyors On March 11, 2009, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI) posted a notice in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). In this notice, FPI announced its proposal to produce conveyor systems, FSC 3910, on a competitive basis and not use its mandatory source status. FPI received no comments from any interested party regarding this proposed production, within the 30 days allowed. Therefore, the FPI Board of Directors has approved FPI to produce conveyor systems, classified in FSC 3910, conveyors, on a competitive basis and without the use of FPI's mandatory source status. Interested parties have a right to raise questions at any time with FPI's Board of Directors.
