Description

Specification for program 3571-M, Braille Products and Electronically Accessible Media. The term of this contract is for the period beginning July 22, 2009 through June 30, 2010 and up to 4 option years. THIS IS A MULTIPLE AWARD TERM CONTRACT. These specifications cover the transcribing and duplication of various IRS products into Braille and accessible electronic media (Spanish and English versions). This includes Braille transcription, Braille page duplication, printing of cover page 1, Braille spine label, CD labeling, tactile graphics, binding, packing, distribution, and electronic deliverables. Furnished material will be sent by ftp (95% of the orders) or furnished f.o.b. contractor's plant (5% of the orders). Mail f.o.b. destination by IRS small package carrier account. Production time 3 or 30 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
