- SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Construction of Security System Modernization and Upgrades at the Atlanta Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON), Peachtree City, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of guard houses, security fences, installation of cables, electrical work and masonry work. Estimated performance time: 180 calendar days. Estimated price range: $1,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00Due Date for Offers: June 19,2009 at 4:00 pm This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. (1st - 8(a) certified small businesses, 2nd - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 3rd - Small Businesses, 4th - Large Businesses.) Each tier will be evaluated using the procedure outlined below. A determination of insufficient competition or unreasonable price will be made before the next tier is evaluated. Directions on the tiered evaluation are in Section M of the solicitation. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov).
