- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Solicitation estimated issue: 12 June 2009 estimated close: 13 July 2009. Solicitation number: FA8118-09-R-0060 Purchase Request number: FD2030-08-71443. Nomenclature/Noun: Aircraft Seat Track Assembly5. NSN: 1680-01-495-1647RK Part Number: 200120374-10 Application: Multiple,History: Last procured 7 March 2008,Description: New Manufacture of Aircraft Seat Track Assemblies.The assembly house gears that raise and lower the pilot's seat. The dimensions are: Length - 7.5 inches, Width - 4.5 inches, Height - 2.25inches. Predominant Material: Steel. This procurementrequires a First Article unless waived. Requirements for waiver will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a 3 year Requirements contract with a Basic Yearand 2 Option Years. Basic- best estimated quantity is 317.This also has a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement of Qty 7 in the basic year. Option I- best estimated quantity is 187. Option Year II-best estimated quantity 182. New Manufactured Material Only, Surplus is NOT acceptable. FAR 52.209-1 Qualificiation Requirements Apply. Notes: 1, 8, 23, 26 apply12.
