Description
Performance Work Statement The International Contracting Office (FMS) of HQ AETC CONS is seeking interested parties that are interested in providing King Air 350 A&P Instruction and Instruction training on the Proline 21 Avionics System in the KA350 aircraft. This instruction will take place in country at New Al-Muthana Air Base, Baghdad, Iraq. The requirement is for two classes of approximately 10 Iraqi nationals each. The contractor will be responsible for a turnkey package for the entire program. This program to be taught in English. Contractor provided training shall be transition type training intended to enhance the existing skill sets already possessed by IqAF maintenance personal in their particular field of expertise, Maintenance Crew Chiefs, Avionics Technicians, and Power Plant Technicians. The Contractor shall develop the required aircraft maintenance courses, courses materials, and instruction plans. Course requirements shall include, but are not limited to, theory and operation of the country specific KA350 aircraft systems, covering applicable concepts, system familiarization, start-up procedures, normal operating procedures, and general fault troubleshooting, as well as basic organizational-level maintenance procedures. Training shall be geared toward provision of an initial set of instructional courses that shall provide the IqAF student with sufficient depth and expertise to train their own replacement personnel (i.e., “train the trainer”). Course shall be identified and presented separately as a mix of both academics and practical hands-on training. Academic training shall consist of lecture/discussion/demonstration.
