Description

SA-3 RFP ED-FSA-09-R-0010 Section J Attachments SA-3 FINAL RFP ED-FSA-09-R-0010 MAY 26 2009 This announcement, and the information attached herein, constitutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.203. Attached is the FINAL RFP ED-FSA-09-R-0010. The proposal due date is June 29, 2009 at 2:00PM Washington, D.C. local time. Federal Student Aid wishes to acquire innovative, cost effective, and efficient information technology solutions for meeting its mission. It is the intent to use this solicitation to establish multiple-award, Performance-Based, IDIQ contracts that will compete for discrete life-cycle tasks within a system or application development program. Further details of the Government's requirement, submission requirements, evaluation factors, terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract, and other items as required by FAR Subpart 15.203, are included in the attachments provided herein.
