Description
The following changes are included. This office is requestingquotes on the following items: 0001 Base Year-General Consulting ServicesThe Quantity is 1 and the Unit is 1,664 hours-Price $__________. 0002 Option Year 1-General Consulting Services-The Quantity is 1 and the Unit is 1,664 hours-Price $__________. 0003 Option Year 2-General Consulting Services-The Quantity is 1 and the Unit is 1,664 hours-Price $__________. Under Item V., Performance Time, the following sub-items are changed as follows: Sub-item A. now includes the following sentence, The maximum number of hours will not exceed 1,664 hours per year (6 months at 40 hours per week = 1,040 hours, and 6 months at 24 hours per week = 624 hours). Sub-item B. is changed to read Contract performance time is for twelve (12) months with (2) one year option periods. Reimbursement for travel and per diem for assigned off-site meetings will be in accordance with applicable Federal Travel Regulations but daily travel costs to and from the work site will not be reimbursed. The following clauses incorporated by reference are changed as noted: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (MAR 2009), FAR 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government (SEP 2006), FAR 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (JUL 2005), include FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, FAR 52.222.19, Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies (FEB 2008), delete FAR 52.225-16, Sanctioned European Union Country Services (FEB 2000), FAR 52.247-64, Preference for Privately Owned U.S. Flag Commercial Vessels (FEB 2006). The proposed contract is an Indian Owned Set Aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47. All Indian owned businesses shall provide a breakdown of their costs to demonstrate that at least 51% of the cost of contract performance incurred for travel, supplies, materials, etc., shall be performed and incurred by the Indian owned business (prime). All small businesses shall comply with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. All Indian owned companies shall complete a Buy Indian Certification, which shall be provided to the Contracting Officer prior to award. All responsible Indian owned business sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Government. End of modification.
