- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER 38 USC 8127 (b) limiting competition to Veteran and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Asides.The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-09-RA-0220 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to cover all upright headstone adjustments, re-alignments, re-settings, and backfill requirements, at Calverton National Cemetery located at 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Mary Moss, Contract Specialist in writing at Mary.Moss@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about June 1, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., June 23, 2009. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
