- RECOVERY – This notice is provided for “INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY,” under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to contractors who are holders of Region 7, Nationwide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Design/Build Construction, Repair and Alterations in support of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Fort Worth, Texas will compete a Firm-fixed price Task Order against its existing IDIQ contract pool which were fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 15. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Modernization Program. Construction, Demolition, and Repair & Alteration at various sites along the Northern Border of the United States.
