Description: RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-08P-06-JFC-3025. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has executed a modification for continued design of infrastructure improvements on the Denver Federal Center, Phase IV. Work items include water distribution system replacement, sanitary sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO 80225. This modification is valued at $1,138,820. This option is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.
