- The proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside; NAICS 237990 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $20 million average annual receipts over preceding three fiscal years, estimated cost of services is between $1,0000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation will be posted on or about1 7 July 2009. Solicit and award one contract for construction consisting Little Wicomico River maintenance hydraulic dredging sandy material pipeline transport to a beach placement area Parish Creek silty and sandy material pipeline transport to an existing upland diked placement site Completion no later 210 calendar days All questions shall be submitted via email to carol.a.williams@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, P. O. Box 1715, Attn: CENAB-CT, Baltimore, MD 21203. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request bid package pending FBO posting on or about 10 June 2009. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
