Description
Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army / Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) / Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to The R. T. Clark Company, Inc. located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This order is to purchase a quantity of two Summit II Monitoring MC12 Multi-Channel Monitor Control Units w/ support elements. Salient characteristics: (1) Must be able to record at least 8 channels of data simultaneously at a sample rate of 10 kHz or more; (2) Must be able to digitize data w/ a 24-bit dynamic range, and user selectable preamp gains of 0, 20, and 40 dB; (3) Must be able to record data continuously w/ GPS-accurate time stamps and user-selectable file sizes (60 seconds required); (4) Noise levels below 0.5 micro-volt; (5) Must be able to operate by itself w/o the need for a PC or specialized hardware; (6) Weight less than 10 lbs; (7) 12 V battery power, can operate unattended for at least a week on external batteries; and (8) Operating temperature down to -30 C.
