Description: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 31,240 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 25,872 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to a maximum of 27,166 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights any time after expiration of the 5th year. The property must be located within the following delineated area in Manhattan: Beginning at intersection of Chambers Street and West Street, NORTH:Chambers Street to South Street; EAST: South Street; SOUTH: South Street to West Street; WEST: West Street to place of beginning. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. All submissions must include the method of measurement used to determine the amount of rentable square feet.
