Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command is issuing a solicitation for two (2) Field Hospital Tent Systems. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from a two round competitive award process (IAW FAR 13.5) to the responsible offeror whose offer is the Best Value to the Government, cost and other factors considered. There is no set aside restriction for this acquisition. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. No RFPs shall be mailed to potential offerors. The solicitation shall be available on-line for 30 days from 15 May 2009 at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil/DBU-RFP.html. Proposals shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to James Suerdieck at james.suerdieck@med.navy.mil. Proposals are due by 12:00 P.M. EST on 16 JUNE 2009. Any questions shall be addressed to James Suerdieck, by email only, NLT 10 JUNE 2009. No phone calls accepted.
