- Revised Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and policies in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
