Description
Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to solicit firm fixed price contract for non-personal services for Supply 2000 software and Self Help functional/technical support. An on site technical representative and all applicable licenses will be required. The submission of an offer will require the identity and resume of the proposed on-site technical individual as well as a certification that the individual will be available by the expected contract start date of 6 June 2009. This work includes but is not limited to the performance of tasks in support of the Supply 2000 (S2K) and S2K Self Help software application, database, and the interfaces between Supply 2000 and the Integrated Facilities System (IFS), Standard Army Financial System (STANFINS) and Hazardous Supply Management System (HSMS). Work shall include providing customer support and supply function software/hardware integration and maintenance to the field. Maintenance encompasses ensuring the latest system change packages are successfully installed on all databases and that Oracle database administrator functions are performed. The contractor shall specifically provide supply system analysis, integration maintenance services, testing and travel in support of the Supply mission. It is desired that personnel supporting this task have at least 24 months experience with end-user and System Administrator functions of the Supply 2000 application, in addition to experience with the U. S. Army supply systems, policy and procedures, and functions and missions of Directorates of Public Works in Europe. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before closing date and time of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. Performance shall be within the European Command area of responsibility, which includes but is not limited to Germany. The resulting contract will be for one base year, plus two one year options. It is our intent to post the solicitation in ASFI and the Wiesbaden Contracting Center Home Page on or about 18 May 2009. The estimated date for closing for the solicitation is 26 May 2009; but will be specified in the solicitation. All offers shall be in the English language.
