- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 1,265 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 1,100 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety and handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. First floor space is preferred. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than March 1st, 2010. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Within Springfield, MA further delineated by the following: North: Dwight and Willow Streets South: East Columbus Avenue East: State Street West: Bridge Street EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 28, 2009 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)Legal description 3)Drawing of space offered. 4)ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (usable) 5)Rentable Square Feet Offered 6)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7)Number of parking spaces available on or near the premises and the approximate cost. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner, manager or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
