Description
Responsible Sources Sought for Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB) Emergency Response Services This notice is not a solicitation. This announcement serves as a sources sought notice for a potential competitive acquisition for SAFB Emergency Response and Transport Services. Interested firms must reference their 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned status that must be signed by a company official with authority to bind the company. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 252.204.7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. This sources sought notice is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of providing these services are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought synopsis. The 50 Space Wing (SW) is seeking potential sources who can provide emergency response and transport services. The services consist of the following requirements: full emergency patient transport services, ambulance services 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week, emergency response coverage to the SAFB response area, according to the SAFB Mutual Aid Agreement and as requested by the SAFB Fire Department. Performance shall be according to the professional standards of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) and the Colorado State Department of Health's Division of Emergency Medical Services. SAFB will provide an operating location that includes an adjoining day room with kitchenette and 2 sleeping quarters. The Government will not be liable for expenses incurred by local civilians or non-Department of Defense (DoD) patient emergencies. All contractors interested in supplying these services may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by sending an email to include your name, contact information, company name, business size, CAGE code, and answers to the following questions: 1. What is the company's name, address, and phone number? 2. If your company is not registered on the Central Contractor Registration website (https://www.bpn.gov/CCRSearch/Search.aspx), would you be interested in registering for future Government contracts? 3. How long have you been in business? 4. What size business is your company (i.e. small or large)? How many employees do you have? 5. Have you ever performed government contracts? Please list the contract numbers. 6. Do you currently have personnel, which would perform these services, who have at least a secret security clearance? 7. Does your company have the vehicles and tools to perform these services? 8. Does your company provide these services or do you subcontract the work? Which requirements would be subcontracted? 9. What expectations does your firm anticipate for turnover with an incumbent contractor for this sort of requirement? Would your company be interested in retaining incumbent personnel? 10. Do you have current (within the past 3 years) and relevant experience in all areas of this requirement? If not, please list the specific areas that you have experience in. Only responsible service suppliers need respond. **No telephone responses, please** This sources sought is for planning purposes only and does not commit the government to pay for the information requested.
