- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. The proposed action will be a task order issued against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity A/E Contract for GSA Region 6 (GS06P04GYD0004). The contractor is Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, P.C., 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68102. The FSC Code is C211, NAICS Code 541310 and the size standard is $4,500,000. Amount of this delivery order is approximately $583,191.89. The design work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: pre-design, design, bidding documents and management and inspection services for a new energy management system, new plumbing fixtures, restroom renovations, new cabinet unit heaters and cooling tower, ceiling system replacement and wall painting, carpet, floor base, stair covering and floor tile replacement, repair basement water damage, sidewalk replacement and landscaping, new boilers, building shell and tenant improvement work, asbestos abatement, and window replacement at the North Platte Federal Building/United States Post Office/U.S. Courthouse, 300 East 3 rd Street, North Platte, NE 69101.
