- RFP - PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS INFORMATIONAL ONLY – FOR MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC), CENTER OF STANDARDIZATION, DINING FACILITY – US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, NORFOLK DISTRICT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District has a requirement to design and construct TRAINEE BARRACKS DINING FACILITY – FORT BENNING, GEORGIA. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price TASK ORDER to ONE of the THREE contractors in the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Center of Standardization – Dining Facility contract pool. Proposals will ONLY be accepted from: Paul S. Akins Company, Inc., I.L. Fleming, Inc., and G.S.C. Construction. This notice is posted to allow a fair opportunity for each contractor to download Request for Proposal documentation. Proposal will NOT be accepted from other vendors.
