Description
The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Contracting Center awarded 15 additional Small Business Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to the EXPRESS (Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services) Program on May 12, 2009. The EXPRESS Program is a multiple award BPA program leveraging General Services Administration (GSA) schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assistance services to the AMCOM Life Cycle Management Command and its customers. The EXPRESS program consists of four (4) domains in which services may be ordered via competitive task orders: Business & Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic and Technical. The program uses teaming arrangements within the GSA schedules program to offer the right mix of professional and highly technical services to Team Redstone.
