- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work (SOW) and incorporate a question received from industry and corresponding answer. The revised SOW, entitled “Statement of Work for Shotguns – May 2009,” is incorporated into the solicitation as Attachment 1.3. Revisions are delineated by a black vertical line in the left-hand margin of the page. Question: Do you have a time frame in mind when the shooters will be needed? Will the testing be in Altoona or Ft Benning? Answer. The timeframe to commence the shooting is on or about June 10th to the 15th. The testing site is the National Firearms and Tactical Unit range at Fort Benning, GA. and this is the same location where the shooters must report as well. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
