Description

This is a Sources Sought for Teleradiology Maintenance Services at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. Request a Service Contract be established for the preventive and curative maintenance visits to include labor, travel and parts for IMPAX and CR related equipment for the Teleradiology System located at the 319th Medical Group Radiology Department on Grand Forks Air Force Base. The work to be performed under this Performance Work Statement requires the contractor to be responsible for keeping all equipment in optimal working condition during the term of the agreement for the Imaging Equipment. The Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, parts and materials to keep the equipment in operable condition.1). The contractor shall be available (5 business days of the week) Monday-Friday with a 24 Hour Turnaround of repairs or replacement items, 2). Telephone support, 24 hours a day 365 days per year for application questions and service troubleshooting, 3). Software updates, 4). Repair visits to include parts, on site labor and travel Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM. The applicable NAICS is 621512 with a size standard of $13,500,000.00. Any interested party that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than 4 p.m. CST, 22 May 2009. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
