- NSN 6110-01-246-7178, Electric power monitor, I/A/W QAP 13873 QAP-234 REFNO AMEND NR A DTD 04/14/04 TYPE NUMBER I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-24021K BASIC AMEND NR K TYPE NUMBER, Quantity 197 each, FOB destination to Tracy CA and New Cumberland PA. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 5/29/09. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
