Description

The Presolicitation Notice posted on April 28, 2009 is amended as follows: Bid Opening date is changed from June 17, 2009 to July 14, 2009. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to reconfigure the existing fendering system located at US Coast Guard Sector Field Office, 1 Ferry Road, Galveston, TX 77553 at the North Pier. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a 3-year averaged annual gross receipts of $33.5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. No telephone requests shall be accepted. To receive immediate notification of solicitation package availability, as well as, all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on "Add to Watch List". The solicitation package in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number.
