- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN GREENVILLE, SC *****MODIFICATION REVISED DELINEATED AREA**** The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space consisting of approximately 34,454 Rentable Square Feet yielding 29,960 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square feet for a federal law enforcement agency in Greenville, SC. Ground floor space and a twenty foot setback are preferred. A minimum of twenty-two (22) secure, surface parking spaces for Government vehicles are required at no additional cost. Public transportation is required within several blocks of the space. The proposed space cannot be located in close proximity of schools, daycare centers, residential concentration, hotels, or areas of high civilian activity or vulnerability. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: From the intersection of route 14 and 290, heading west on 290 to Route 29. Continue on Route 29 west to Route 291 (North Pleasantburg Drive). Continue west to Route 253 (West Blue Ridge Drive) to intersection of Route 25. West: From intersection with Route 253, continue south on Route 25 to Route 185 South: Route 185 to Route 385 and then to Route 296 until intersection with Batesville Road. East: Batesville Road north to Route 14. Continue on Route 14 until intersection with Route 290 in Greer. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
