- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W81K00-09-T-0153 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 334510, Size STD 500. The requirements in this solicitation: 1unit M-OB/Gyn Office Ultrasound System to include: Display Module, Unique Splash Screen, Unique color for the display cover, 2D grayscale with SonoMB" Multi Beam Technology and Auto Gain, with SonoADAPT" Tissue Optimization technology, M-mode, HIPPA compliance tool set, comprehensive, OB/Gyn specific calculation packages, PC direct connectivity capability. Also includes battery, ultrasound gel, & user guides. Peripherals are also supported. P10117 SiteLink Image Manager 4.1.0; P07680 /c60x/5-2 MHz Transducer Biopsy Compatible; P07690 ICTx/8-5 MHz Transducer Biopsy Compatible; P06293 Sony UP 897 MD Black & White Video Printer; P08800 Mobile Docking System Lite II does not support more than one OEM. Standard 60 months Protection Warranty (M-Turbo). And 1unit M-OB/Gyn Office with C60x & ICTx to include: L05402 SonoSite M-OB/Gyn Office, P10117 SiteLink Image Manager 4.1.0, P07680 C60x/5-2 MHz transducer Biopsy Compatible, P07690 ICTx/8-5 MHz transducer Biopsy Compatible, P06293 Sony UP 897 MD Black & White video printer, P08800 Mobile Docking System Lite II Does not support more than one OEM. Standard 60 months Protection Warranty (M-Turbo). Vendors offering other than the brand name product shall meet or exceed the following Salient Charteristics: Must be new, not refurbished. Must be portable, must weigh no more than 7lbs without battery & transducer; must be no larger than 12 long, 11 wide and no more than 3.1 high; display should be no more than 10.5 diagonal LCD (NTSC or PAL); must include 2 USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet port, RS-232, Digital Video Interface, S-Video (in out) & composite video out. USB storage format should include MPEG-4, JPEG, BMP and be compatible with Mac & PC formats. Must have software package to include Tissue Harmonic Imaging, color doppler & advanced OB calculations; automatic image optimization. Must have 5-2 MHz multifrequency 60mm curved array transducer and 8-5 MHz intracavity curved array broadband 11mm transducer. Must have mobile docking system and video printer. Must have a minimum of 8GB internal storage; and must have a minimum 5 year warranty. MFR: Sonosite Inc. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product. Delivery, within 2-3 week after receipt of order, shipping shall be FOB destination to Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Ft Sill, TX.
