- RECOVERY - FCA Exterior Faade Repairs, Phase II Design, Project Number 650-08-130. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The VA Medical Center Providence, RI, will issue a Support Agreement to the Department of the Army, Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) under existing MOA VA101(0493)P-2007-063 for this project. The ACOE will in turn award a task order for the Phase II Design of this project under an existing Architect/Engineer IDIQ contract, which was competed and awarded in accordance with FAR Part 36.6, Architect-Engineering Services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
