Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN GREENVILLE, SC The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space consisting of approximately 34,454 Rentable Square Feet yielding 29,960 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square feet for a federal law enforcement agency in Greenville, SC. Ground floor space is preferred and a fifty foot setback is required. A minimum of twenty-two (22) secure, surface parking spaces for Government vehicles are required at no additional cost. Public transportation is required within several blocks of the space. The proposed space cannot be located Space cannot be located in close proximity of schools, daycare centers, residential concentration, hotels, or areas of high civilian activity or vulnerability. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: US-25 & US-276 TO US-276 & SC-291 TO SC-291 & US-29 TO US-29 & SC-357 South: US-29 & SC-357 TO SC-357 & SC-101 TO SC-101 & I85 East: SC-101 & I-85 TO I-85 & US 25 West: I-85 & US-25 TO US-25 & US-276 The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
