- Description
- St Joe Ranger District, Shoshone County, Idaho. The Hidden Dutch Oblit consists of decompaction of roadbed and partial road recontour in the Upper St Maries River area south of Clarkia, ID. Incidental work will be stream channel restoration, seeding and fertilizing, mulching, installation of sediment basins, construction of gradient control structures, removal of culverts, ditch relief culverts and goetextiles, construction of water bars and rolling dips. The project is located in the Anthony Creek, Dutch Creek, Log Creek, Long Slim Creek and Mazie Creek drainages near Clarkia. The location is accessible by vehicle from State Highway 3 and Forest Service Roads 504, 3478, 361 and 1486 south of Clarkia. Estimated start work June 2009 with completion by October 15, 2010 for base and option items. Total small business set-aside. NOTE: Resultant contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and no bonding required.
