- Purchase Request number IQC09076009018, NSN 5342-00-813-6058, ANODE, CORROSION PREVENTIVE. The item is to be utilized on the OHIO CLASS SSBN (TRIDENT), Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0466; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1308 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 1308 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 5,232 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 5,232 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 10,464 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W MIL SPEC MIL-A-18001(2), TYPE NUMBER CLASS 1, TYPE ZHC-23, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. Delivery for the production units is 71 days ARO. This procurement does not contain a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is May 28, 2009 & closing date of June 29, 2009.. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
